'Waiter by the Mirror'. Chartiers, Paris.
'I have always appreciated the style of French waiters and how the French regard their job as profession. Many of these pictures are from Chartiers, a popular large restaurant for the workers of Paris, on Rue du Faubourg, Montmartre. It still retains an atmosphere of the early 1900's when it was opened.'
